Available 24/7! Some of the resources listed below are always free to use, some are temporarily free,and some require a Willimantic Public Library (WPL) card to access. Getting a library card

If you are a Windham/Willimantic resident and do not have a library card but would like to access our online resources, please fill out a Library Card Registration Form (also available in Spanish). We will issue you a temporary card good for one year and email you the number. Once the library reopens to the public you can pick up your card with your photo ID and proof of address.
